Can i have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality, just please inform the specific models, size, power, color temperature. And mixed samples are acceptable.
How about the delivery time?
1-5 days for samples, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks after get payment.
What is your MOQ?
Different MOQ are required based on different models. For small watt module, 1000pcs. For high power supply, 100-500pcs.
Warranty?
3 years warranty normally. Life span can be designed base on your requirement.
What’s the payment?
We accept T/T, PAYPAL,UNIT WESTERN.
How to deal with the faulty?
• Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
• Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new products with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Is it ok to print my logo on led driver products?
If bulk order, it is acceptable.
How do you ship the goods?And how long?
Usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 4-6 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
